Step into the world of bees in Discover Bees! Visitors will explore a hollow tree bee habitat, operate a honey stand, pollinate flowers, run an entomology lab and get all the buzz about the critical role of pollinators in the Kansas environment and economy. Explore real pollinator habitats outdoors in the Discovery Center’s tallgrass prairie, monarch waystation, and pollinator garden. This special exhibit created by the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center will be open July 9 to September 5, 2021. This exhibit is generously supported by Security Benefit and Visit Topeka.
