Join us for CoreFirst Bank & Trust Free Family Fun Night at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 20. Free admission generously sponsored by our partners at CoreFirst Bank & Trust for everyone, as capacity allows. Play at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center, with more than 15,000 square feet of indoor educational exhibits exploring science, careers, art, building and more, a 4.5-acre certified Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom, and special space for babies and toddlers to explore.
Free night is also an opportunity to explore Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit, where children play, sing, explore and pretend in some favorite and familiar places from Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Families can try a fun activity, share a memory and create grr-ific new ones on this beautiful day! Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit will be open at the Discovery Center from January 27 to May 14, 2023. Created by the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh in partnership with Fred Rogers Productions, the exhibit is based on the award-winning PBS KIDS television series that follows the adventures of 4-year-old Daniel Tiger and his friends.
