Golden Snitch Catapults: Wonderful Wizarding Spring Break @ Kansas Children's Discovery Center

Can you catch the Golden Snitch? Hard to say, but you can certainly shoot one through the air using catapults at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center on Friday, March 15 at 10:30, 1:30 and 3:30. Explore physics, force and wind resistance! The museum is also open for special hours, 9 to 5, for spring break.

This program is part of Wonderful Wizarding Spring Break at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center. Join us for extended hours and daily opportunities to explore the magic of science. Each day during Spring Break, make paper wands at the art table, practice Quidditch, play Wizard’s Chess, build your patronus and take your photo at the famous Platform 9 3/4. Conjure up a full list of activities at https://kansasdiscovery.org/springbreak/.

Regular admission applies, which is $7.75 for children and adults, $6.75 for seniors, and free for infants under 12 months and KCDC members. Admission also lets you play all day at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center with over 15,000 square feet of indoor exhibits exploring science, careers, art, building and more, plus a 4.5 acre certified Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom.
