Take a swing learning to play golf with our friends from The First Tee of Shawnee County on Saturday, September 15 from 11 to 3 at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center. In celebration of the Worldwide Day of Play, we’ll have golf-centric activities that will excite and challenge children of all ages–no equipment or prior experience are needed. Tee up some fun at The First Tee station to explore something new while learning about in-school, after-school, and summer golf programs.
Regular admission applies, which is $7.75 for kids and adults, $6.75 for seniors, and free for infants under 12 months and KCDC members. Admission also lets you play all day at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center with over 15,000 square feet of indoor exhibits exploring science, careers, art, building and more, plus a 4.5 acre certified Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom.
