Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center from Tuesday, January 15 to Monday, January 21. Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed that one day his community and country would be free of racial injustice. learn about Dr. King’s dream and write your own dream for your family, community, and country on your own dream cloud. Put your cloud on our wall to help create a Dr. King museum display and watch your dreams soar!

On Monday, January 21, join us for special hours from 9 to 5, and listen to Dr. King’s iconic I Have a Dream speech while you work.

Regular admission applies, which is $7.75 for kids and adults, $6.75 for seniors, and free for infants under 12 months and KCDC members. Admission also lets you play all day at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center with over 15,000 square feet of indoor exhibits exploring science, careers, art, building and more, plus a 4.5 acre certified Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom.
