Family Fitness Saturday: Yoga

Join us for Family Fitness at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center for special movement activity at 10:30. On Saturday, November 30, we’ll have family yoga! Adults are encouraged to participate with kids for a fun morning of family fitness.

Family Fitness Saturdays are generously sponsored by The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Foundation.
