We were grateful to welcome an incredible team of volunteers from CoreFirst Bank & Trust to the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center this June! With an ambitious to-do list in hand, they quickly divided into teams and accomplished an amazing amount of work.

The group cleaned and organized our Mobile Museum van, disinfected hands-on materials, sanitized LEGO bricks and exhibits, refreshed the café area, and tackled indoor cleaning projects throughout the museum. Outside, volunteers braved the summer heat to tidy Toddler Town, sweep pathways and exhibit spaces, and pull weeds around the grounds.

Their hard work helps create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place for the children and families who visit the Discovery Center every day. Thank you, CoreFirst Bank & Trust, for spending your day making a difference in our community!
