Forensic Science Fun!

There’s a lot more to forensic science than what we see on TV! Celebrate and explore forensic science with real KBI scientist Samantha Buck on Saturday, October 12 from 11-3 at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center. Create DNA bracelets, compete with other scientists-in-training to make DNA chains and more!

Global Cardboard Day

Build something amazing using cardboard and imagination as we celebrate Global Cardboard Day on Saturday, October 5 from 11-3 at the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center. Global Cardboard Day gives children an opportunity to collaborate, learn, and build the things they imagine through creative play. The day lets children explore their interests, teaches critical thinking, resourcefulness, perseverance, teamwork and other 21st century skills, while bringing communities together to foster and celebrate child creativity!
