The Evergy Green Team recently brought their energy to help care for our exhibits and outdoor spaces here at The Kansa Children’s Discovery Center.

A group of volunteers spent time helping care for the Discovery Center’s indoor exhibits and outdoor learning spaces. The team worked together to complete a variety of maintenance and cleanup projects throughout the property, including repairing and securing exhibit features, clearing overgrown vegetation, and refreshing several areas across the grounds.

Their efforts helped brighten and maintain the spaces families and children explore every day.
