The museum is open from 10 to 5, with the Slime Lab open 10 to 4 and stretchy slime yoga at 10:30. Use your imagination and our kitchen supplies to turn slime into pretend cookies, cakes, sandwiches and more! This day of serious fun is part of Slime-tastic Spring Break from March 6 to 14. Join us all week during extended hours for a full mad science slime lab experience, slime dance parties, slime-and-seek, and daily science programs to keep the learning going when school is out—all included in the cost of regular daily admission! Memberships at the Topeka Zoo and the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center will be reciprocal for ONE DAY ONLY on Saturday, February 1. Just present your membership card at either location for free admission. Discovery Center members who do not have a membership card may pick up a pass at the museum front desk for use at the zoo that day.
